dependencies between two layer

Hello support,

is it possible to create dependencies between two layers for the scheduling of the users ?

I got two layers with differents shifts.

Layer 1 = early shift
Layer 2= late shift

In our on call service its starts with the early shift followed by the late shift.

Is it possible to create such a dependency between those layers?

Unfortunatly, if i do the schedules like in the screenshot, the shifts are mixed and not in the right order. I allready tried to order the user for the late shift (Layer 2) the other way than the early shift (Layer 1) but had no success - shifts are still mixed.

Hope there is way to create such a scheduling!

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. We do not have a way to create discrepancies between two layers in the way you have said, but reordering the 2nd layer the opposite to the above should ensure the same users are not on call at both levels.

Can you try this and let us know how you get on?

Yes, it worked - except for the the red user in the middle:

Do you see any other way of creating the scheduling like the way we need?
